Programmes

At Future Challenges, our programmes are designed to create clear pathways to education, employment, independence and wellbeing. We deliver structured, inclusive and community-focused initiatives that address barriers faced by individuals and families. Our approach combines skills development, personal support and partnership working to create long-term positive outcomes.

Digital Inclusion Innovation for adults and older persons The digitalisation of our services, our modes of communication and work, has accelerated inequalities for those who lack the necessary skills. Indeed, today 75% of jobs require digital skills, and the majority of job offers are found on the internet. For people who are already in a situation of social fragility, digital technology therefore represents a double penalty.
