Future Challenges is a registered charity committed to improving lives through skills development, guidance, and inclusive support services. We work with individuals who face barriers to education, employment, and wellbeing, helping them build confidence, gain qualifications, and progress towards sustainable opportunities. Our work is driven by a strong belief in fairness, dignity, and equal access for all.
Our Mission
Our mission is to support individuals in gaining the skills and qualifications they need to achieve the quality of life they aspire to.
We provide:
A clear progression pathway for skills development. Accessible information, advice and guidance. Targeted support for individuals with low skill levels. Signposting to health, training, and employment services. We focus particularly on individuals experiencing disadvantage due to social, economic, or personal circumstances.
